Will we be able to check when Minecraft was originally purchased still? I can't find it under my Mojang account anymore and I don't have the receipt anymore.

My son isn't able to sign into his account, and when I try to reset the password, I don't receive an email at all. I've emailed Mojang support, but still haven't heard back.
