My friend cannot log in, has sent in MULTIPLE support requests and still nothing back. His account has likely been stolen from a breach in his email and he cant even get support. Please help.

I’m starting to lose my patience because each time I reset my password, you guys automatically “detect suspicious activity” and change my password every 2 days, it’s getting annoying and I may just honestly stop playing if it’s going to continue like this. Can I get some help?
