@MojangSupport My buddy started a free trial of realms on his PS4, and other than that first day he’s been unable to log into realms on PS4. Get an error every time. I can join that realm no issues but he cannot connect to the realms servers.

It's weird because he can log in to my world, but I can't. While I forsure plan on doing the monthly subscription, this is cutting in the free trial portion. 😢

Actually. I fixed it. Turns out I was Microsoft email which I specifically created for this was locked. Honestly it was a pain getting that set up, but funny to see that Hotmail was still an option.

Anyway, maybe suggest players log out of their profile, log back in, see if they've randomly been blocked in their Microsoft email they likely specifically created for this.
