I play Minecraft on my iPad Air 2 Since the last update: I have not been able to connect to the marketplace or internet My game lags and is glitchy I keep loosing my audio

I have reported it 4 times and they keep saying the problem is now resolved when as of 11:58 pm Sunday November 29 I still have no internet/marketplace connection for my game
