@MojangSupport I attempted to buy two separate things from the Minecraft Store just earlier, the payment went through BOTH times but I did not receive either the pack nor the coins that I payed for I may not be @-ing the right account but please send some assistance to fix this.

Once a solution is found, will a refund be issued? Or will the players be given what they had already attempted to purchase prior?
