@MojangSupport Hey me and my friend tried to buy the prison pass on life boat which glitches things anyways we didnt recive the pass we lost all our tokens so we tried multiple things one of which was deleting and reinstalling which then got rid of every thing we purchased

What will happen when there is a fix? Will we get our purchased minecoins and skins back or will we have to go through customer support to get it back??

Update: I got my minecoins I bought separately and my friend has his skins back but the in server purchases still haven't shown up for both of us ;-; Both me and @Stelfic11 tried to buy Prison Pass on lifeboat our gamertags are Rxinaq1338 and Stelfic21
