I have 3 realms plus worlds, but cannot access any realms plus content. Was working fine and now it is not.

I play Minecraft on my iPad Air 2 Since the last update: I have not been able to connect to the marketplace or internet My game lags and is glitchy I keep loosing my audio

Ps4 realms will not load for me. It works for my friend who bought the server, but stopped working for me.

I can't log into my account and when I try to change my password I don't seem to receive the email, I looked in spam and wrote a complain but I only received an auto-generated response, also I don't seem to be the only one with that problem, any help?
