It's not just mobile. My friends and I play on different devices (PC, Switch, Mobile, PS4) and none of the articles helped any of us. Realms are just kinda broken right now... Sometimes they can be accessed, sometimes they can't. Oh, and please fix the 'wifi required' bug 😭

When I tried to buy a single Realm with 1690 minecoins in my Nintendo Switch, I lost the coins and I don't have the Realm, I got a message tha I bought the Realm successfully but there was a problem.

Bugs are par for the course, but realms have been down for a week now. What's the ETA for having them fully functional? And will you be issuing refunds/credits to realm owners? And please don't direct me to the help site; at this point in time it's insulting.
