Trying to start a realm and keep getting a message “your purchase succeeded but we couldn’t create your Realm right now.” I have been waiting a few days and still don’t see it. Any help?

It's not just mobile players, it's also consoles like ps4 QwQ I've tried to get the realms the free trail one and it keeps saying unable to, and now I cant join servers QwQ
