Is it only me or does #minecraft on the PS4 not work? @MojangSupport is the a problem with Minecraft on the PS4? My game wont start. It pulls up the red Mojang Studios screen and wont progress after that. I've noticed it since the cross platform update.

Dear @sony @PlayStation @AskPlayStation @MojangSupport @Minecraft When I power up my PS4, and click Minecraft to play, it stays on this screen and will not load the game. Help.

You posted this message to me 6 months ago about something my son bought and still to this day doesn’t work. Ow call me a nag if you want, but surely 6 months is long enough to sort a problem!!,
