@MojangSupport Hi. I bought 3 Minecraft for Windows Starter Collections from Microsoft App Store for my family. I only got one set of Minecoins. My two sons are missing theirs. Microsoft seem unable to sort this out. can you help please?

The Minecraft website says for coins not received: try xbox support Xbox support says try Mojang. Microsoft says try both Mojany and Xbox support.
