@MojangSupport Hello Support. I realize that his is not the correct way to approach you, but I had two tickets (first on March, second on Mai) for a lost account closed on me without feedback and resolution. I have now opened ticket number 3. Can you help?

You didn't read my tweet... I had two tickets (first in March) closed on me without any feedback. Am I supposed to open a new one per month and wait for it to be closed on me again?
