Bedrock: The Minecraft 1.16.100 update has now been released to all supported platforms. Cross-platform multiplayer and Realms are once again functioning on Nintendo Switch. Thanks for your patience! -MG

I don't know if it is a bug or if you excluded playing realms with cellular data on purpose
