@MojangSupport I can join my Realms server from my PC, however my sister on Switch, despite having NSO, despite having the latest MC update, and switch system update, cannot join. For the past few days she's been getting the "48 hour" error message, and the app has even crashed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is currently a known issue. The team is currently working on a fix that we hope to have out to everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while we work on the solution! ^CD

How about rolling back this car crash of an update!
I don't know if this is an issue or not, but I can not join servers on PS4, it does not even show any servers, just, "Coming soon..."
It's been a week now, is there any sign of a fix coming at any point soon?

Understand bugs take time to fix, especially w Corona going on But I am disappointed a service I鈥檓 paying for hasn鈥檛 been working for days. My sis can鈥檛 load realms, and now random errors are appearing on the menu. Trying to be patient, but I am paying/have paid for this stuff.

A problem is also with joining with cellular data on mobile phones. Is that something you removed? Whenever people try to join with cellular data, it says we need wifi. I don't have house wifi so this is a really big problem for me.

Is there a timetable on this fix? It's been well beyond 48 hours.

Really disappointing. Switch users have been plagued for months with a "logout" bug and now they can't join realms?!? Are you issuing refund for the Realms we're paying for but can no longer access?
