Bedrock: The Minecraft 1.16.100 update has now been released to all supported platforms. Cross-platform multiplayer and Realms are once again functioning on Nintendo Switch. Thanks for your patience! -MG

That IS the version of the game. You've killed realms. Literally not functioning & haven't given an update in over a DAY.
