@MojangSupport why don't I receive password reset link via email, but I do receive support ticket auto-replies which I made for the password reset issue? Been trying to solve this problem for years now. Never actually played the game... #minecraft #mojang

I don’t have transaction id since I bought the game when it was in beta, so it was long ago.

Only proof I have is the email from Mojang from 2017 about my account being migrated. Maybe my account was stolen and account email changed after the migration.
