I don’t have an account with Majong. I use Xbox. This update has stopped Minecraft loading. That’s not a bug?? It’s a massive cock up

I’ve signed up for an account but your ticket system doesn’t work. The ‘select version’ drop down box has no options and I can’t create a ticket until it’s filled. Please advise.
