In my minecraft launcher says "Add Microsoft account" But i though that the migration has not started

That's correct. You still have some time. We won’t be starting account migrations until 2021. You’ll see a note in the launcher when it’s your turn. Click here for more info: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^RL
