@MojangSupport my friend sent out a support request today and he got a response within 2 hours, im yet to get a response and its been weeks. What the fuck is going on can I just get a response already?

Well clearly order of received isn't taken into account because mine is was from the end of October and his is today, what order is being taken? Nothing.
