@Mojang When can we expect the migration link from Java to Microsoft to appear?

Also @MojangSupport? Can we come up with a reason as to why I keep getting Error Code: 0? Don't send me to the forums as they're of no help. I'd rather not have to keep restarting my pc just to play for a few hours.
