Users should now be able to sign into Xbox Live on all platforms. Thanks for hanging in there while things got sorted out. Please give it another try and let us know if you're still running into issues. We're here an listening.

Nope. Daughter's still getting the 'You must sign in to a Microsoft account' error on her Switch. the aka.ms code works a single time before every other attempt saying 'That code is not correct, please try again'. Deleted her save data to get it to refresh (1/2)
