I have an issue logging into my account I have tried going through the Minecraft help site and filling all info I can there but have had no help resolving the issue. I have been trying to resolve this for a few months now with no success.

I understand that but it has been like 3 months since i have first started the process and have had no luck and no other updates aside from the initial automated messages generated and sent out it is getting to the point where it feels like it would be easier to repurchase
