@MojangSupport We are trying to reset our password, but we never get an email. I tried emailing support, and no response...what else can we do?

It has been two weeks and still no response from Mojang. You have to at least let us know that you are working on an issue. The password reset doesn't work, resquesting support through the website doesn't work...what am I supposed to do to get this taken care of?

It has been over a month with multiple requests to reset my son's password. I have opened multiple tickets, they all close with no resolution. My autistic son has not been able to play in over a month? How do we get back into his account? The support request is useless.
