Hello I bought minecraft two times and spent atleast 60 dollars for the full game but I only get to play demo when I purchesed the full game.

Hi I was wondering if you could fix the problem on PS4 where when your trying to get into minecraft it just stays on the red screen for ages and this has been like this for over a year
