@MojangSupport Guys, i've opened 3 tickets now, over the past month and a half, to get my account back. Sending you the details about the original transactions and stuff, and i got NOTHING. No answers. At all. I understand you're overwhelmed, but seriously ?

over 1.5 month, not having answers seems a bit odd. Is there, by any chance, a way that your answers are filtered out as spam or something ? I have not been able to log back to my game, when we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of our server… that's sad :(

I mean, could you check that it's on it's way ? I only have received automated messages yet, and that's really weird. No human interaction in 1.5 month ?… I know you guys are busy, but there must be some issues somewhere in the communication channel
