@MojangSupport Hey, Mojang support. I've been trying to get back into my Minecraft account that was apparently hacked for well over a month now. I have a ticket number that's been open since October 1st. I'd like to get back into the game I paid for and have been locked out of.

Is there any reason it's taking over a month for me to be able to get back into my account? This is an inexcusable delay. A week would be pushing it. I'm locked out of something I paid for and have been for about 40 days now. I'd like to know what you're going to do about it.
