@MojangSupport I emailed almost a week ago regarding an issue why my account, I believe my account may have been taken over, I'm not receiving password reset emails etc. I haven't had any updates on my emails and it's been a week now. Can someone help, please?

Hi SP, thanks for replying. It's a little worrying how long it's taken, especially because I sent out a ticked over a month ago and received no response. Could I at least get an estimated response time? I feel like if we paid for Minecraft we deserve a bit more support.
