I have sent multiple emails asking for support with Minecraft earth. My emails are ignored. How can I actually get support? The website and email. Is pretty redundant. Minecraft earth used to be a big game on my YouTube channel. My last post stated the lack of support

Sadly this is all I have heard. Over a month to reply to a ticket? Can you please assist me. This seems to be the only medium that I get any type of response or acknowledgement
