@MojangSupport Can somebody of support help me , i cant login on my account , and i know that the used password is correct , and i did not recieved the restore email ... this happens so much lately with my account

I allready did that , my account is years old , transaction ID i do not know , i just want help if thats possible i want to play at the moment.
