@MojangSupport I'm sending you this tweet because I need your help, my son & I both play Minecraft on PS4. However for the last 2 months, every time we try to load up Minecraft it stops on the white loading screen w/the Minecraft logo & the bar loads a ¼ of the way & just sits.
