@MojangSupport I’m still not able to connect on my phone, I says that there is a problem with connecting and to check my WiFi. It’s fine and working, I don’t get it. It’s a little frustrating.

I'm having the same problem on PC. I doubt it's on the client end. Three different computers in my house, two Win10 PCs and a Mac, won't connect to Realms.
