Hello, Minecraft keeps on crashing my Xbox One X, The audio stutters, and my xbox shuts down immediately. I do not have this problem with any other game. I was referred to the help site, but there was nothing helpful there. I found online that others have this issue as well.

Hello, I was referred to the case file MCPE-53665, and that case file has been open for over a year. Why hasn't this gotten resolved in this amount of time? This issue is quote frustrating.
