@MojangSupport can you please help me? I have been trying for weeks to access my mine craft account but it says my password is wrong. I haven’t changed it. I have tried to do a password reset but never get the reset email. I have done 2 online enquires with no reply.

I understand that you are busy but I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a reply to my enquiry. My son has been unable to play his Minecraft account for about 12 weeks and the password reset isn’t working.

this is truely unacceptable and just feels like you want people to just rebuy the game rather than help them

I’ve even tried to re-buy the game and it still doesn’t work. I can’t believe it takes more than 2 months to reply to an enquiry. @MojangSupport should be ashamed of themselves. My son is devastated that he can’t play with his friends.
