Hello, Minecraft has been crashing unexpectedly on my Xbox one X for a while now. While looking at different online sources, it seems as though there is no way to fix this. What can Mojang do about this?

I could not find anything remotely helpful on this site. I found a bug report that was opened, and many replied to it. Yet there was no response from a employee on how to remedy this. This is very frustrating, as I can't really play a game that I spent money on.
