I'm locked out of my account though I haven't changed my PW. Tried resetting my PW but don't receive the reset link. Submitted a support request over 10 days ago with no response. Please help.

Can you give me an idea how long it's currently taking to get a response? My issue should only take a few minutes to resolve. After two weeks I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever going to hear back from someone.
