@MojangSupport my password is not working for my account...i have sent 4 different reset password requests starting about 12 hours ago and i have not gotten a single reset email back...but i got 2 instant helpbot emails for my support ticket....

already sent an email...told you that i got 2 helpbot emails sent back....sent an email back to one of them cause none of the info helped and...and btw how am i suppose to know my transaction ID from an account i bought over 10 years ago???
