@MojangSupport Any idea why I can't use ANY items I've bought on the PS4 Marketplace? Every single item I've bought, and several free items bring a "Failed to load item" message or come up looking like the pics below. Already tried re-signing into my account twice.

Problem is, all I get from them is a link to the Mojang site. It's also gotten worse, where I can't even select a different mouth for a skin without seeing "Failed to select item". This isn't just a PS4 problem, other platforms have had the same issue with no results on a fix.
