I have a problem... Realms doesn‘t work, but i paid it. Please fix it. If i want ro start a new Realms world, it says i have to pay again, but i have paid and i also got a mail. Do you have a Tip or something? Do i get the money back?

I used the launcher's option of using Microsoft account , after signing in,a page of name continue appears but stay full white screen(no loading,no nothing for hours) . fix it

Mojang, I recently found out I have a legacy account and was wondering if I would still be able to migrate my account into a Microsoft account? I do not have a Mojang account and I really don't want to lose my long time account just because of a migration.
