I bought some packs with my money on the market place but all of a sudden they were all gone like not even the free packs please fix this asap

Hi, I had purchased the game in 2014 and played it sonce and now that i’ve seitched to a mac it requires me to log in again. However it seems my password doesn’t work and i cannot change it since u guys are not sending password change emails🙁😔
