Hey there! A few weeks ago my account that I've been using for more than 4 years seems to have gotten a Minecraft ban. I am able to log in on the Mojang website but not on the Minecraft website or the launcher. I unfortunately do not have access to the email

Sir I can’t join my Realms it always say cannot join realms or blank/ nothing there may I be concerned? because I keep on resetting Minecraft and my phone is it because of my device?
