@MojangSupport Submitted a ticket to your support 2 days ago trying to recover a stolen account, but I did not submit a transaction ID. I sent another ticket 8 hours ago with a transaction ID, when can I expect to hear back from you guys?

It’s been 4 days and I still have not heard anything. My account is currently compromised and in use by a foreign hacker. Please, I would appreciate any support ASAP before any further damage is done to my account. My email is raysgamingchannel@yahoo.com.
