What is get help to fix this

There is no subtitles settings for people hard of hearing on minecraft bedrock and it makes it hard for them to play the game. please retweet this if you see this so people can enjoy the game

If email is hosted at O365 on anything considered a work/school email, whether that's your personal email, only email, etc. you cannot create a standard Microsoft account. This is going to cause issues for a good chunk of people, let alone parents who have accounts for kids, etc

I still cannot play the game though. When I put the correct info and everything it doesn’t log me in. I have texted and tried to get my account back for 8 months now. I have already gave you guys my info and everything like the receipt and other info 8 months ago.

I cannot give you info now because I forgot it and lost the receipt. Every time you guys always ask me for info but I already forgot my info. Please if you cannot fix my account then please give me a new account or give me back my money (27 dollars)

So, I have an Xbox account already, but my java version is on a separate email, can I just link my xbox account with the java one whenever this change happens?

id love to secure my account if only my computer didnt melt and now i have no acsess to pc minecraft.
