@MojangSupport Hey, my friend is having trouble making a purchase on your website! He tried paying the fees of COPPA to migrate his account but he gets an error saying the transaction failed. He switched PC, browser and everything.

I did, i got an automated response that didn't really answer my question. There is no transaction ID because he can't make the purchase
