Somehow our Nintendo Switch & Minecraft Marketplace acct unhooked from all our purchases...I've been trying for days to figure out how to document this via the website to @MojangSupport & I'm having so much difficulty...suggestions appreciated...kids miss their skins/worlds

It's okay-the person is responding I think it's my lack of tech skills that is a bit of the snag LOL. I don't know how to upload my screen shot for one to your support website.
