Somehow our Nintendo Switch & Minecraft Marketplace acct unhooked from all our purchases...I've been trying for days to figure out how to document this via the website to @MojangSupport & I'm having so much difficulty...suggestions appreciated...kids miss their skins/worlds

Thank you-I already did it's been since Friday & my lack of tech skills are a bit of a struggle tbh I couldn't upload the screenshot of our purchase but also most of our items I have no screenshot for - via nintendo I don't know that I got a proof of purchase.
