@MojangSupport I've been waiting for a response to my login issue since 25th September - no password received when resetting - account migrated etc - you say you are busy but coming on for a month on a password reset????

Can you confirm how long I will have to wait? 3 weeks for a response is crazy!?! I currently cannot play a game I paid for EIGHT years ago - shocking!
