@MojangSupport just bought a minecraft account using iDeal (Netherlands). Payment is done but didn’t go through the Adyen site, any idea if I can get the money back or an account? If needed I have screenshots of the payment.

Well maybe I came here for some actual help instead of this. iDeal is not something like credit cards where you can cancel the payment.

So I payed already yet I never got an account. Now I’m not just going to sit around having wasted €23,95. I don’t mind buying another account but don’t send me copy paste messages and help me get a refund for it or make sure I get the accountb
