@MojangSupport I am having trouble with my password reset email not being sent to me. I submitted a ticket on your website, but it is being listed as "solved" as soon as I click the submit button, when it is not?

Thank you for the response. I am just going to buy a new account. I can't wait any longer, since my server contract is going to expire in 2 months, and I want to play before that happens.
