@MojangSupport Im having some issues getting logged into my minecraft Java account, im failing to get the password recovery emails and i have a support ticket opened with no updates, anyway to shine some light on this?

@MojangSupport its been nearly half a month and I have not even been given a ticket number from the email support staff when using the online request form. I understand not being to immediately resolve but I should have a ticket number
