@MojangSupport I emailed for help converting a Minecraft account to a Mojang account (have email and transaction ID, don't remember username or password) on Thursday, replied to autoreponse on Friday. Not heard back from a human yet - is this normal or has email got lost?

That doesn't answer my question - is a delay of 5+ days normal (i.e. I will get an answer eventually) or not (i.e. something has gone wrong, we've probably lost your ticket, try sending it again)? If something hasn't gone wrong what is the current typical delay?
